Some of you will remember that I was just a mere 26 years old when I started the business, I had brown hair and was full of enthusiasm…. I’m wiser today, still full of enthusiasm with no brown hair left.
It’s been great seeing your lives develop over the years…. We would have helped many of you buy your first home, then move on up the ladder as many of you meet a loved one and made babies! Sometimes buying a 1 bed flat to make some money on, to a 2-bed home then onto a beautiful 4 bed home to accommodate a growing family…
We find it rewarding helping you through your life cycle – its fun!!!

When I started the business in 2004 from my spare bedroom the market was very buoyant. Late 2007 / early 2008 the mortgage market crashed and fortunately interest rates did too. With your loyalty and support you helped us really start punching well above our weight in 2009 and business was good despite the market being slow. Although a small team, many lenders now consider us to be a top firm on the south coast, which gives us access to exclusive mortgage deals.
We’ve always been totally focused on your objectives, in return you’ve kindly recommended us to your friends, family and colleagues from all around the globe. This meant the ‘Number One’ Team had to grow to continue to deliver the ‘Number One’ customer experience. You allowed us to build an office in my back garden before moving to larger High Street premise in Shoreham By Sea.
Today the team stars include Oliver, now a co-director. Emma who started here in 2009 and is named the ‘mumsy adviser’. In the support team making your lives easier, we have Madison, our superhero Relationship Manager. Lilly the apprentice who is more educated than any of us and smiling Lucy who answers your calls. Sadly we lost our dear mascot, Molly late last year in a horrific accident ☹ and last but not least we have my wife, Tina who has popped in and out of the business as needed, stuck by me when I’ve been doing 60 hour weeks and sometimes forgetting life priorities by concentrating on the business that I love so dearly!
Ollie, Emma, Madison, Lilly, Lucy, Tina and I would like to say a massive Thank you to you!!!! You’ve made us what we are today….
