Life Assurance

• Should adequate protection not be in place, I/We fully understand that should any unforeseen event occur, such as death or terminal illness that it may well leave my/our mortgage advance, home and those that rely on I/We financially vulnerable.

• This unforeseen event may not enable me/us to either (1) repay the mortgage advance in full or (2) not meet the monthly repayments.

• If for any reason I/We do not meet the monthly repayments on my/our mortgage then my/our home could be at risk and future mortgage applications may be affected due to any missed payments being incurred.

I/we understand by not taking out adequate life assurance with Number One Mortgages that I/We have no recourse to my adviser / Number One Mortgages

Critical Illness
