The Hove BN3 postcode has been awarded the accolade of, most sought-after postcode in England and Wales, for home buyers aged between 25 and 44.
The research conducted by Lloyds Bank revealed that for the third year in a row Hove has come top of the annual ranking. We’re sure the weekend’s premiership promotion for the towns’ beloved football team ‘The Seagulls’ will only further increase the spotlight being thrown on this urban other half of The City of Brighton & Hove. Brighton actually came 7th in the list of 20 destinations across the Country.
A representative from Lloyd’s Bank told the BBC “Hove’s seaside location and good sized homes made it popular for families, while Brighton’s buzzing nightlife and thriving cultural and arts scene helped make it a year-round City on the sea.

Research shows that properties in these listed areas reach on average £735,874, 13% higher than the typical property price of surrounding areas.
