To celebrate our new office in Shoreham-By-Sea we wanted to run a fun competition around the town so starting on 3rd December for 10 days our Vespa will be visiting different locations around Shoreham.
If you find it and take a selfie with the Vespa/on the Vespa/put your kids/dog/grandma on it and tag @NumberOneMortgages in the post on Facebook, you could win £150.
A bit handy right before Christmas and a bit of Shoreham fun. We’ll post a clue on Facebook everyday so make sure to like the page and stay updated, plus keep your eyes peeled! Don’t forget to like our page!

The promoters are:
Number One Mortgages whose registered office is at 378-380 Brighton Rd, Shoreham-by-Sea BN43 6RE
- Employees of Number One Mortgages or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
- To enter you must take a picture of yourself with our Vespa and post it to Facebook tagging in @NumberOneMortgages to be entered in to the prize draw to win £150. Multiple entries per person are accepted.
- Closing date for entry will be noon Wednesday 14th Dec. Winners will be notified via Facebook on Friday 16th December.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
- The prize for one winner is as follows: £150 cash which can be collected from the Number One Mortgages office at 378-380 Brighton Rd, Shoreham-by-Sea BN43 6RE during opening hours and within a mutually agreeable timeframe.
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
- No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- Winners will be chosen at random.
- If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
