FEE AGREEMENT

This agreement is between the applicant’s names above and Number One Mortgages Ltd. Number One Mortgages Ltd will charge the following fees:

Fixed Fee

For the work required as a result of our mortgage and insurance review, we will charge fixed fees as follows:

Administration Fee for the mortgage £699

The fee is payable on application. This fee is non-refundable.

The fee on purchase cases is transferable to a second property if the initial property doesn’t progress to completion, the fee must be transferred within 12 months of this agreement.

For a third or subsequent properties, you agree to an additional administration fee charge of £349, payable with the application amendments or new application.

If the fee is transferred after 12 months, you agree to an additional administration fee charge of £349, payable with the application amendments or new application.

This is the whole agreement between the two parties and no alteration to the terms of the agreement shall be deemed to have effect unless it is written down and witnessed by both parties.
