    I/we confirm that I/we have received a copy and read the Number One Mortgages Protection Products Summary.

     

    Life Assurance / Critical Illness (lump sum payment to redeem the mortgage)

    • Should adequate protection not be in place, I/We fully understand that should any unforeseen event occur, such as death, critical illness or terminal illness that it may well leave my/our mortgage advance, home and those that rely on I/We financially vulnerable.

    • This unforeseen event may not enable me/us to either (1) repay the mortgage advance in full or (2) not meet the monthly repayments.

    • If for any reason I/We do not meet the monthly repayments on my/our mortgage then my/our home could be at risk and future mortgage applications may be affected due to any missed payments being incurred.

    I/we would like advice and to arrange a telephone appointment to discuss life and/or critical illness protectionI/we do not want advice and understand by not taking out life and/or critical illness cover that I/We have no recourse to my adviser / Number One Mortgages

     

    Income Protection (income in the event of ill health)

    • Should adequate protection not be in place, I/We fully understand that should I/We be off work due to ill health that I/We may not be able to pay our monthly commitments, mortgage payments or maintain a lifestyle I/We am/are accustomed to. In addition, those that rely on I/We financially may be left vulnerable.

    • If for any reason, I/We do not meet any monthly repayments on my/our mortgage and other financial commitments, my/our home may be at risk and my/our credit rating may be affected.

    I/we would like advice and to arrange a telephone appointment to discuss Income ProtectionI/we do not want advice and understand by not taking Income Protection that I/We have no recourse to my adviser / Number One Mortgages

     

    Family Income Benefit (income in the event of an untimely death)

    • Should adequate protection not be in place, I/We fully understand that should I/We die untimely those that rely on I/We financially may be left vulnerable and may not be able to pay the monthly commitments, mortgage payments or maintain a lifestyle I/We am/are accustomed to.

    • If for any reason, I/We do not meet any monthly repayments on my/our mortgage and other financial commitments, my/our home may be at risk and my/our credit rating may be affected.
