Income Protection

• Should adequate protection not be in place, I/We fully understand that should I/We be unable to work due to ill health and any sick pay from your employer has ended, you will leave yourself and those reliant on you financially vulnerable.

• Being off work due to ill health may not enable me/us to either (1) pay the monthly mortgage repayments or (2) pay regular utility bills and essential living costs (3) maintain your lifestyle(s).

• If for any reason I/We do NOT meet the monthly repayments on my/our mortgage, then my/our home could be at risk and future mortgage applications may be affected due to any missed payments being incurred.

I/we understand by NOT taking out adequate Income Protection with Number One Mortgages that I/We have no recourse to my adviser / Number One Mortgages.
