    I/we understand that the mortgage product applied for has a product fee set by the lender. I/we have decided to add the fee to the loan, as opposed to paying it upfront. I/we understand that by adding the product fee to the mortgage, interest will be charged on the fee for the life of the loan. I/we confirm that we would like the fee to be added to the mortgage.

    There will not be any interest charged on the product fee if you pay the fee upfront. If you would like to pay the fee upfront, please don’t complete this declaration and let your dedicated administrator know who will be happy to guide you forwards.
